Scenes of Maine's Schoodic Peninsula

I have a current 20 year accumulation of color slides and black and white photographs of the scenic Schoodic Peninsula area of Maine, an area, still remote, made famous by Louise Dickinson Rich's sought after book the "The Peninsula". The photos record and reflect this part of the Maine coast once frequented by such artists and photographers as: Berneice Abbott, Chenowith Hall, John Marin and Paul Strang among many others.

Lighthouses, rockbound coastal scenes, quaint fishing villages and surrounding areas taken by an experienced free-lance photographer, who for more than 20 years has lived a retired life on the peninsula. During that time he has been a regular contributor to the pictorial editorial pages of the prize winning Ellsworth American, considered to be the best weekly newspaper in Maine.

These copyrighted and watermarked photos are suitable for use in books, magazines, brochures and calendars or wherever Maine scenes are desired.
