MooseLook Guide Services After 10 amazing years in the South Gouldsboro location providing guests with wonderful tours in Schoodic area and beyond, MooseLook changed hands in mid summer of 2004 and moved to it’s new location in Prospect Harbor. Jody, licensed Maine Guide, is proud to be continuing as guide and host to those seeking a quality experience in this irreplaceable area of Maine.

MooseLook Guide Service is devoted to providing individuals with the means to explore the scenic Schoodic Peninsula and points further downeast. In addition to guiding sea kayaking tours in the inlets and bays of points east, we are delighted to be able to arrange river trips with one of the finer master guides in the area, offering you a fishing or photography adventure in Maine's remaining wilderness areas. Several weeks advance time may be required for scheduling.

A registered guide and native Mainer with a deep and abiding respect for this area, Jody has led canoe and bike tours of up to 5 days, paddled in Hawaii, hiked in Alaska, crewed yachts in the Pacific and the Med for a year, kayaked in Maine intermittently since 1980, becoming a licensed guide in 2000. Broad ranging interests include photography, the arts, teaching, and environmental issues.
