Sea Kayak Tours

Enjoy a sea kayak tour a little further “Down East”. Our licensed Maine Guides take great delight sharing this more remote portion of our beautiful coast with guests who wish to explore the Schoodic Peninsula and nearby waters.

With our groups of 3 to 6 kayaks, there is ample opportunity for individual attention and even some coaching to assist with paddling technique, posture, and to the toes strategies which will help you gain a more efficient paddle stroke and thus, a more relaxing time on the water.

All safety equipment and paddling gear is provided as well as an instruction before setting off on our adventure. You will find our kayaks to be stable, comfortable and responsive. Even a first time paddler will quickly gain confidence.

Usually there is a late afternoon or sunset tour and occasionally a morning tour. The times may be somewhat flexible depending on tides, goals of the trip, weather, or other factors. Each tour is a little over 3 hours including instruction.

Specialty Tours

Fishing: - river trips - Our own Master Guide for fishing the more remote inland rivers of Maine. For that special fishing spot and real Maine experience, trips of one to 5 days can be arranged. Call early to reserve your time.

Photography: - Our Master Guide is also a skilled photographer and excellent teacher. Consider a trip for the scenery alone

Overnight on an island: - seakayak and enjoy an island overnight as part of a total experience.
